Found Jim Marshall’s company on my 2nd try, the first co.said it would be 3 weeks. He came out that Monday, assessed the problem gave us an written estimate and said as soon as it stopped raining he’d make the repair. It rained all week but on Sunday he showed up and made the repair as promised! Very professional, friendly & helpful. Helped my mother repair a chirping smoke detector too!
