Provider repaired a shingle that was torn from the roof after a storm. After phone call, provider agreed to come out to the house the next day. He made the repair and also inspected the entire roof. He also offered a free estimate for a new roof. Upon leaving, provider asked if he could leave sign in yard advertising his company for two weeks.
