Replaced 2 missing shingles on the roof. Capped off exposed nails on roof and ridge vents. Recaulked flashing. Blew debris out of gutters. Did a general inspection of the roof condition. Jim did the work himself. He was efficient, took before and after pictures, discussed why he did the work and what the issues were, and did everything at a reasonable price. I felt Jim was honest and did not push to do more work that necessary, being respectful of the homeowners interests. I would definitely contact Jim again for any of my roofing needs. Highly recommended.
